Hello, My name is Connie Kates-Williams.  I am a Pennsylvania Licensed Massage Therapist in Lehighton, Carbon County.

It will be my honor to serve you and help you in your search for a pain free life.  I feel massage is an essential part of our wellness.  There are so many benefits to bodywork and all of them are based on a "no harm" philosophy.  I hope to make you feel very comfortable and plan to work along side you in your efforts to heal.

I specialize in seeking solutions to address issues resulting from soft tissue congestion/adhesion and stagnant blood flow. Scar tissue, which can cause restriction and limitations, is where the doctor stops to help the healing process.  My techniques aid in continuing that healing.

The techniques I use are as follows:  Deep Tissue Massage, Swedish Massage, Cupping, Vacu-Therapy (medi-cupping), Gua Sha and Orthopedic Massage techniques.
